I spent nearly 30 years as a corporate lwyaer and then partner at firms including Baker McKenzie (Sydney and Hong Kong), Holding Redlich, Hall & Wilcox, and Allion Partners — advising on M&A, capital raises, governance and complex commercial matters across Australia, Asia and internationally.

Then I spent eight years inside a world-leading cybersecurity company as General Counsel, Director and Company Secretary. I sat on the board. I advised the CEO. I learned what founders, boards and investors actually need from a lawyer — not as an observer, but as a participant.

I hold a Masters of Taxation (Melbourne University), a Diploma of Applied Finance (Securities Institute), and a combined LLB (Hons) / BA (University of Tasmania). I use AI legal technology to deliver faster, more cost-efficient outcomes on document-intensive matters.
